Return&Exchange

  • Incorrect/ faulty item

Please note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. *From the date that delivery status shown “Delivered”

Incorrect item, the return shipping cost and re-shipping cost will be borne by us.

Faulty item

  1. Please email to ameofficial21@gmail.com with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number.
  2. You may resend the item to us. (We will provide our address after receiving your email)
  3. You will have a refund store credit for your new order.

Once the product has been returned, it will be checked. If the defective product contains a manufacturing defect, you have the option of a refund/ exchange.

Defective goods/ manufacturing defect does not include wear and tear, damage due to incorrect use, damage caused after shipping our products to you.

Please accept that the photos on the website (https://www.amesoulofficial.com/) will not necessarily be a photo of the product you receive. The products will have differed slightly in shape, size and colour. *Please allow slightly 1-2 cm difference for necklaces and bracelets due to manual measurement.

*Important note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • Refund or order cancellation only allowed when the items are no longer available/ out of stock. We will send an email to notify for exchange or refund.
  • Earrings are not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes.

 

International (Singapore& Taiwan)

Unfortunately, non-reimbursement of shipping fee for international return orders.

Exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund via store credit which you may utilize for your next purchase. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
