  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you must create an account here before you checkout.

 

  • Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made. Please double check your order details before making a payment to complete your order. For detailed information, kindly refer to our Refund and Exchange page.

 

  • Are the items ready stock or back-order?

Most of the items are ready stock. We will restock once the ready stock have all sold out, and that is call "back-order".

*Important note: Kindly be informed that due to limited ready stock, we may not be able to update the products as ‘back-order’ immediately when they’re out of stock. If any part of your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email ASAP when back-order is required.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my parcel?

Ready stock | will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Back-order | Restocking required 7-21 working days, while the goods have arrived in the warehouse, we will send out the parcels as soon as possible.

  • Can I change my shipping address/ add items after payment is made?

Your changes only can be made when the parcel has not been shipped yet. Please drop us a message on Instagram or email here with your issue and we will reply as soon as possible.

 

  • Can I order via Facebook/ Instagram?

Orders can be made via Instagram and the official website only.
